At Mama Coco, we want you to love every piece you wear. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn garments with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will notify you once your return has been received at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, or your new exchange items will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
